This beginner-friendly course, organised by the Community Cultural Development Centre (社區文化發展中心), lets you master the basics of this ancient instrument in just 10 lessons. Guided by an experienced instructor, the class uses engaging techniques to spark your musical passion. Whether you have zero music background or are looking to explore a new instrument, this is the perfect starting point to experience the unique sound of the sheng in a relaxed atmosphere. Open to all ages with no prior music experience required. Participants who complete 10 lessons with at least 80% attendance will receive a certificate to mark their musical growth. Through this community music project, learning becomes not a pressure, but a joyful journey of creation.
