(English synopsis coming soon — original Chinese below) 在近半百座廟宇環抱的荃灣老圍村，阿May邀請你「重遊舊地，溫故知新」——四百米壁畫、三疊潭自然景點、百年歷史建築的典故，等你一步步踏出，聽見三百年客家古村的故事。這趟超過一萬步的深度遊，從荃灣港鐵站出發，穿過綠楊新村、石圍角邨，跨過三疊潭、穿梭多座廟宇，最終在圓玄學院落幕，讓城市的喧囂在大帽山的靜土裡消散。 《老圍村活過‧活著藝術文化推廣計劃》由阿May於2006年發起，旨在以社區藝術、戲劇與歷史教育喚醒大眾對這座逾三百年歷史客家古村的保育意識。計劃曾獲理工大學獎項肯定，被視為香港民間歷史保育的先行者。二十年後，阿May誠邀參與者沿她當年足跡重走，體驗荃灣鄉郊的歷史與生態文化，並可自行選擇於圓玄學院享用齋菜或繼續遠足至川龍、城門水塘及大帽山各條山徑。
