Emovere — the Latin root of "emotion," meaning "to flow out, to move." Human thoughts and feelings have always yearned to be channelled. Life flows on. This year's Co-voice concert is a journey about "moving forward." Traversing the seven emotions, memories form cocoons. In the end, do we choose to sink into obsession, or find freedom in letting go? May you, having experienced the seven emotions, still hold fast to goodness; with the six desires, share in the stories of the human world. After the waves of emotion pass, may you find answers in the music to what you should cling to and what you should release. Co-voice (洽聲) presents its 2026 annual concert, "Seven Emotions, Six Desires" (七情六慾), where a group of musicians weave a performance of emotional flow through vocal and instrumental music. The concert lasts approximately 85 minutes, with a 15-minute intermission, exploring the most delicate spectrum of human emotions through a diverse repertoire.
