From the winding curves of the body, we uncover the elegance refined by time; winding is not detour, but simply taking in the kaleidoscope of sights along the way. This is an art of the "body"—through cross-generational, cross-cultural creative exchange, it explores the relationship between dancers' age and artistic creation, presenting the boundless potential of dance that transcends physical limits. Blending the richness of lived experience with inventive stagecraft, it brings contemporary dance to the stage in profound depth. We look forward to proving through cultural dialogue with Norway that dance does not wither with age, but grows ever more fragrant with the years. New Dance Ensemble (新約舞流) turns this conviction into a tangible landscape on stage. Led by seasoned dance artists, the company brings together dancers of diverse ages and cultural backgrounds, using the physical vocabulary of contemporary dance to converse with life stories sedimented by time. The programme runs approximately 60 minutes, with no ornate narrative framework—only the body's most honest language: every bend, every stretch, is a texture etched by time and proof of an ageless spirit.
