(English synopsis coming soon — original Chinese below) JavaScript在您的瀏覽器禁用了。 請啟用JavaScript以查看此網站。 為慶祝香港回歸30周年，音樂會特意選取來自中外歌頌祖國的樂曲，以彰顯香港中西文化交匯的獨特地位。沈靖韜於2025年榮獲美國范．克萊本國際鋼琴大賽金獎，有「舞台上瀟灑貴族」的美譽，這次演出炫技作品《黃河》鋼琴協奏曲，獨到演繹定必令人眼前一亮。趙季平以《紅高粱》等電影配樂聞名中外，其第一小提琴協奏曲融合西方協奏曲結構與中國民族音調，由港樂樂團首席王敬擔綱獨奏。港樂首席客席指揮余隆並將領導樂團演繹象徵芬蘭與捷克民族精神的《芬蘭頌》與〈莫爾道河〉。 香港管弦樂團由香港特別行政區政府資助，亦為香港文化中心場地伙伴。
